We are excited to announce that Jumpline.com has recently acquired the hosting operations of SurfSpeedy.com. With the transition now underway, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Jumpline and provide a few resources to answer any questions you may have related to the acquisition.

December 31, 2007 - Customer Manager Release
Effective immediately, you have access to your our new customer management system. The Customer Manager (CM) is the centerpiece for managing every aspect of your SurfSpeedy account. Below are just a few of the features available to you today in your new CM.

January 11, 2008 - Start of Upgrade to new Dell PowerEdge Servers
On January 11th, we will begin the upgrade of hosting accounts to our new Dell PowerEdge Servers. You will experience no downtime as a result of this upgrade, however after your website has been upgraded to the new servers you will see an improvement in both server performance and reliability.
Once the upgrade is completed, you will notice that your product status inside your Customer Manager has been changed from Pending Migration to Active. Once this has occurred, you will be able to ‘auto login’ to your hosting control panel along with having the ability to upgrade your products, check product usage such as disk and bandwidth, and setup Email Defense on your e-mail addresses for better spam and virus protection.
The process of upgrading all existing accounts will take an estimated 90 days from start. February 6, 2008 - (Progress Update) Upgrade to new Dell PowerEdge Servers
As of February 6th, approximately 95% of all web hosting and reseller plans have been upgraded to the new server environment. For customers who have been upgraded, we just want to remind you that you can now directly access your website control panel from your Customer Manager. For all web hosting and reseller plans that have yet to be upgraded, this process should be completed in the next 7-10 days.
If your account has been migrated and you have questions about the new features and functionality, please contact our customer service team via phone at 1-800-748-4722 or 1-614-875-7106, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 9:00pm EST or submit a support ticket via your Customer Manager. and we will be glad to assist you.
Also, we have not yet started the upgrades of the VPS plans, however we plan to begin the process by mid-to-late February. Prior to beginning the VPS upgrades, we will post an update to the timelines to make you aware of any updates that will be taking place.
Effective March 31, 2007 – Completion of Migration to New Dell PowerEdge Servers
On January 11th, we began the migration of all hosting accounts over to our new Dell PowerEdge Servers. Today, that process has been completed and all hosting accounts now are up and running on the latest hosting hardware available.
If you have not already noticed, the product status inside your Customer Manager has been updated from Pending Migration to Active. Now that this has occurred, you will be able to 'auto login' to your hosting control panel, as well as complete all other normal account management functions, including; upgrading your plan, viewing disk and bandwidth usage, and setting up Email Defense on your e-mail addresses for better Spam and Virus Protection.
With the migration behind us, we look forward to working with you and providing the highest level of support and service as you continue to work with, and build your online presence. As with any migration, you may notice some changes in the way things work. If you have questions as you work with your websites, or need assistance with a feature in your control panel, please do not hesitate to communicate your questions to our customer service and support professionals.
